Day 4 | Soft Yolates: 18 min

Your Day 4 session gives you the opportunity to restore and rejuvenate, calm the mind, and surrender softly to your heart and body. Soft Yolates nourishes the feminine, encourages you to pause, and allows the body to integrate the movement.


Day 5 | Melody Yolates: 31 min

Melody Yolates combines the best of Living Yolates, creating the perfect flow. Your Day 5 session is the perfect way to start the day, with self-love, setting the tone for your day ahead. It’s a beautiful way to round of your 5-day course.
